Custom Terms

Including: 

(Virtual PhotoShoots, Music, Flyers, Artwork, Thumbnails, Logos, and More).

Important Note:

All custom orders are non-refundable. Due to the custom nature of these designs, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you provide clear instructions and review your design carefully before submitting your order.

Custom Creations:

To secure your unique order, a 25% down payment is necessary. This initial fee will be subtracted from your overall balance. Remember, the remaining amount is required upon project completion before watermarks are removed and final digital files are released.

Music (and/or Instrumentals):

Upon agreement, a detailed written contract will be provided, outlining the work scope, license terms, and royalty clause.

 

Turnaround Time:

Standard delivery: 2-3 business days - Rush delivery (additional fee): 24 hours.
